OBAMA & "THE POST-AMERICAN WORLD"

Obama Hopenosis

So in the photo below we find that Obama’s recent reading material includes “The Post-American World.”

Obama, high-level Prince Hall Freemason, Boule (Black American secret society) member & blood relation to both fomer Presidents Bush & former Vice-President Cheney, not to mention husband to a prominent member of the Un-American Council on Foreign Relations is about “Change” alright. A change into a higher gear for the same agenda, yet cloaked in the all-pervading rhetoric espoused by all False Liberation Political “Theologies”.

The second review below of this book seems especially prescient (or at least observant).

This book is no doubt standard issue for New World Order Officers’ boot camp.

Hand in your Constitution & Bill of Rights, collect your “Post-American World.”

The blurb reads “This is not a book about the decline of America, but rather about the rise of everyone else.”

Yeah sure, we can really see that that is happening. Cynical propagandist Political Correctness approved by all who falsely associate America with Bush & Global Bullying.

“Buy your Chairman Mao Andy Warhol T-shirt here & celebrate concentration camps for those who believe in freedom of conscience & speech. Bring on the Global Internet Search Engine Censorship. Freedom of Thought promotes Unhappiness”.

Go back to your “Common Purpose” training people, your leaders are thinking for you!

Product Description
One of our most distinguished thinkers argues that the “rise of the rest” is the great story of our time. “This is not a book about the decline of America, but rather about the rise of everyone else.” So begins Fareed Zakaria’s important new work on the era we are now entering. Following on the success of his best-selling “The Future of Freedom,” Zakaria describes with equal prescience a world in which the United States will no longer dominate the global economy, orchestrate geopolitics, or overwhelm cultures. He sees the “rise of the rest”–the growth of countries like China, India, Brazil, Russia, and many others–as the great story of our time, and one that will reshape the world. The tallest buildings, biggest dams, largest-selling movies, and most advanced cell phones are all being built outside the United States. This economic growth is producing political confidence, national pride, and potentially international problems. How should the United States understand and thrive in this rapidly changing international climate? What does it mean to live in a truly global era? Zakaria answers these questions with his customary lucidity, insight, and imagination.

4.0 out of 5 stars A compelling analysis of the potential (likely?) shifts in geopolitics in the 21st Century, 1 Aug 2008

The previous reviewer’s skepticism, grounded in the fact that this book is sold in airport bookshops, is unfounded. Whilst Zakaria’s arguments are not groundbreaking, he does offer a compelling account of what the future may hold. Differential rates of growth across the world (described pithily as ‘the rise of the rest’, as well as the shift away from the nation-state as the sole political actor, will probably see a fundamental change in the international order. This will be a slow, gradual process, and perhaps calling the product a ‘post-American world’ is going too far (although it is the best formulation yet, in my opinion, for the not quite uni-polar, not quite multi-polar world which is emerging). Nonetheless, for those interested in international relations and current affairs, this book is well worth reading.

1.0 out of 5 stars An Extended Newsweek Article, 19 Jun 2008
By J. Murphy (London, UK) – See all my reviews

One should be suspicious of a book on global affairs sold in airport bookshops. This is a lightweight, extended Newsweek article in which Zakaria quotes his friends a lot and makes no penetrating or original observations. The chapter on India is better than the rest of the book. As Foreign Policy Lite for the next US president it will probably secure Zakaria a place in the pantheon of policy advisors. Fair enough, Zakaria seems like a nice fellow, and is probably capable of better analysis than this volume represents.

ADDITIONAL NOTE (POSTED TO AN EMAIL ENQUIRER):

If you do a search on “Google Images” for “Obama book” as I have just now, you’ll find it on several blogpages in its original form. I’d not seen these pages previously but received from someone prior to Eric’s reposting & had posted it on myself, minus the manic discrediting writing that appeared with it, apparently composed by someone with a presumed readership of low IQ! I tried to find it in my emails but appear to have deleted it. I get so many emails & honestly can’t remember who posted it to me. It is undoutedly taken from a legit original, as I think you can deduce from below. Feel free to repost this email if you wish.

Here’s one of the pages on the net that has it:

As to which press agency it originates from, I don’t know. It’s too subtle to be a fake IMO, even a Press-agency/intell fake. There’s no way that pic was going to swing the vote (not that I care which puppet of the Archbishop of New York won anyway), even added into the brew with all the other anti-Obama exposes (real or otherwise doing the rounds). If Moronic McCain had been holding that book or similar I would have posted it.
